Frndly TV is seeking a rockstar Accounting Analyst to become an integral member of the office. The Accounting Analyst will support all members of the finance team, including the CFO, Director of Accounting, Director of Analytics, and the HR Manager. The Accounting Analyst will assist in managing the day-to-day financial operations to keep Frndly TV financially stable and compliant. The Accounting Analyst will develop financial documentation for organization decision-makers, will create and analyze accounting reports, and will assist with any and all accounting needs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities
The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:
Analyze financial data
Create financial reports
Administering and/or maintaining one or a combination of generally accepted accounting systems; may systematize and examine financial reports, journal entries, maintain and reconcile ledger accounts
Providing record of assets, liabilities, and other financial transitions; providing basic accounting procedures: financial statement preparation, month-end closing,
Preparing journal entries and general ledger maintenance, inventory roll forwards, fixed assets, and margin analysis; supporting schedules for financial statements preparation
Maintaining files on all client project orders, shippers, invoice log, and correspondence
Maintaining various reports and schedules including payment cycle by week, delinquent invoice analysis, aged balance totals, warranty subsidiary logs, overdue invoice reports
Preparing and distributing invoices to customers as required
Prepare and review employee expense reports
Assist with federal, state, & local tax registration and payments
Coordinating and controlling input to sales analysis; ensuring invoices comply with the contractual billing requirements; documenting accounts receivable system
Assisting CFO, Director of Accounting, & HR Manager with annual financial, payroll, and 401K audits by serving as company liaison with auditors
Assist with payroll and 1099 payments and reporting
Performing other duties as assigned
Associates or Bachelors degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field
3 to 7 years of overall Finance or General Accounting experience; 2+ years, in progressive accounting experience in public accounting or similar work environment preferred.
Experience in Xero and/or quickbooks
Knowledge of accounting processes required
Strong organization, oral, and written communication skills
Demonstrated ability to work with minimal supervision and work multiple projects and deadlines
Strong computer aptitude, which includes expertise with Microsoft Excel and Word as well as experience with accounting software
Experience with general ledgers; possess analytical skills with particular attention to detail
Knowledge base of basic Accounting procedures (e.g., A/R, A/P, time billing, P/R, G/L, tax payments, and inventory control)
Working knowledge in financial statements (e.g., monthly and quarterly financial reports such as weekly forecast to management summarizing current and projected financial position)
Proficiency in Month-end and quarterly closing (e.g., balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements)
• Salary Range: $50,000.00 - 80,000.00 + Equity + Potential for yearly bonus (final pay determination will be based on experience)
